"Come and Get It" Days
As a courtesy to our local clientele, we're delighted to offer this convenient service.
Here's how it works:
Log on to www.tearex.com and place your items in your shopping cart

call 704-525-3366 and place your order with us over the phone.
If you place your order online, simply choose the "Local Pick-Up" option for your shipping method during checkout. This shipping method is FREE, so you will pay nothing other than the cost of the products and tax, just the way it was in our teahouse.
You must, of course, complete the address information and provide credit card information to complete your order online. Completing the order online means there will be no wait time to process payment or preparing your order on the day of pick-up. If you're in a hurry, you can be in and out in no time!
If you would like to pay with a different method, please call 704-525-3366 and we will be happy to assist.
Orders may be picked up at our offices each Wednesday from 2PM to 6PM, beginning Wednesday, August 19, 2009.
The cut-off for orders is 9AM EST each Wednesday. If you place your order after 9AM on a Wednesday, that order will be ready for pick-up the following week on Wednesday.
So, why pay for shipping when you can stop by and pick up your order?
We love Wednesdays around here. In addition to offering you this money-saving service, we also get to visit with our tea-drinking friends, and we usually have the kettle on with some fresh TEA ReX tea to sample, too!
